Alan Kaplan is an expert HVAC engineer based in Florida. He
has been a consulting engineer for the past 40 years serving the mechanical-electrical
infrastructure
design and construction industry. With partner Authur L. Spaet in New York City in the
60's to the Limbach Mechanical Construction Company of Pittsburgh in the 70's, to the
national A/E firm of Haines Lundberg Waehler in NYC in the 80's to Miami-Dade Community
College and other independent clients into the 90's. |

Mr. Kaplan's expertise is in the design, construction administration,
engineering analysis, feasibility studies, forensic investigations and
reports of building infrastructure mechanical systems. He is frequently
called upon to act as an expert witness engineer in support of construction
litigation cases & HVAC engineering litigation support.
